Welcome to RackReel AI. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the RackReel AI website, mobile applications, and related services (“Services”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use RackReel AI. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You retain ownership of all photos, videos, trail camera images, fishing logs, map data, and other content you upload to RackReel AI. By uploading content, you grant RackReel AI a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, analyze, display, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services. RackReel AI does not claim ownership of your uploaded content.
You are solely responsible for all content you upload. By uploading content, you represent and warrant that:
RackReel AI, including its name, logos, trademarks, software, artificial intelligence models, graphics, designs, text, and other proprietary materials, are the exclusive property of RackReel AI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
RackReel AI provides artificial intelligence tools including deer recognition, antler point estimation, fish species identification, and wildlife image organization. AI-generated identifications and recommendations are provided for informational purposes only. RackReel AI does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated result.
Users are solely responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, federal, and international hunting and fishing laws and regulations.
Your uploaded content is private. Other users cannot view your uploaded photos unless you intentionally choose to share them. RackReel AI will not use your uploaded content to train artificial intelligence models without your permission.
You agree not to upload illegal or copyrighted content, attempt to disrupt Services, or reverse engineer/scrape the platform.
Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Payments are securely processed through third-party processors.
RackReel AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Users may request deletion of their account at any time.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RACKREEL AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of New Jersey.
