Information You Provide: Name, Email address, Profile information, Subscription information, Photos and videos you upload, Trail camera images, Fish photos, Catch logs, Notes and journals, Saved map locations, and License and permit documents.
Automatically Collected Information: Device type, Operating system, IP address, App version, Crash reports, Usage analytics, Device identifiers, and Approximate location (when permission is granted).
Location Information: If enabled, we collect GPS information to save hunting/fishing locations, display interactive maps, and improve mapping features. You may disable location permissions at any time.
We use your information to provide the Services, store outdoor data, organize images, perform AI identification and measurement, process subscriptions, provide support, detect fraud, and develop new features.
Images may be processed using AI for deer recognition, wildlife organization, fish identification, and measurement estimates. AI-generated results are estimates only and should not be relied upon as professional, legal, or scientific advice.
Uploaded content is securely stored using trusted cloud providers. While we implement reasonable safeguards, no system can guarantee absolute security.
Subscriptions may be processed through Apple App Store, Google Play, Stripe, or other authorized providers. RackReel AI does not store your complete credit card information.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers, when required by law, to protect users/RackReel AI, or during business asset sales.
We retain your information while your account is active. Upon account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period unless law requires retention.
RackReel AI is not directed to children under 13. Users between 13 and 17 should use the Services only with permission from a parent or guardian.
